A conveniently located, welcoming home, my Albert Park cottage is full of light, in a quiet street.

The main bedroom features a walk in robe and ensuite bathroom, whilst the second bedroom has a full bathroom (toilet, shower, vanity and basin) located directly across the hallway.

A full kitchen featuring a gas cooktop and electric oven, opens on to a dining room table that can sit 8, and a spacious family room.

All the casual living areas open on to a sunny courtyard with sitting area and access to a Weber BBQ. Or sit out on the front verandah and plan your trip to the 25 speciality shops located only 200 metres from your front door.

A tram stop at the end of our short street takes you straight to Melbourne CBD or to St Kilda beach precinct.

If walking is your thing, Albert Park Lake, the South Melbourne swimming beach and esplanade are all a 15 minute walk away. The iconic South Melbourne market is a 15 minute walk in the other direction, where fresh seafood, meats and vegetables can be purchased.

You are also a 3 minute walk to 4 different coffee shops and bakeries and a number of restaurants and local hotels.

Albert Park is one of the oldest, established suburbs of Melbourne. Many of its homes are heritage listed.

Located on the narrow strip of land between Melbourne CBD and South Melbourne swimming beach, Albert Park is popular for residents who want to be close to the action when they seek it, but return to their quiet streets and homes to relax.

The period homes, tree lined streets and communal parks are a feature of the suburb, as are the many corner shops and hotels.

The Albert Park Village is located 200 metres from our cottage and is one of the picturesque precincts in the area.
