Church house was designed by the renowned Chapman Taylor and built in 1910
It is two stories with a beautiful kitchen dinning living space leading out to a courtyard and garden. We are 5 minutes walk to the beach and public transport.
Upstairs there is two bedrooms and the family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a small sunroom and a large primary suite with ensuite.
About the location
Island Bay is a beach settlement on the South Coast. It has everything that has to offer. Wonderful walking native bush and sea. The village itself has bars restaurants cafés with excellent coffee. There is a library pharmacy movie theatre and a very good supermarket. It is a 15 minute drive into the centre of the city or 30 minute bus trip. The buses go every 15 minutes.
