Our house is a light and sunny two-storey Victorian-era terrace overlooking a lush green garden. On the ground floor, there is a study, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, laundry with an additional toilet, while upstairs there are two bedrooms and the main bathroom. The house is fully renovated with a well-appointed kitchen, new bathrooms and excellent heating and cooling. There are an outdoor table and chairs where we often eat meals under a grapevine.
About the location
We are very conveniently located to central Melbourne and all it has to offer. Our suburb is a historic area with many Victorian houses, tree-lined streets and parks. We have trams and buses at our doorstep. Good shops, lively cafes and 2 corner pubs are all within 300 meters, and lovely walks in parkland and the bush along Merri Creek and the Yarra River. We walk everywhere including to nearby restaurants, foodstores, a brilliant cinema and a wonderful bookshop.
