Currently looking for a UK swap with one person or a couple in May/June 2026, ideally London - length of swap open to offers.
This is our family home of 30 years. Bronte is a great spot to live in Sydney - it's a beautiful area, close to beaches and easy to get around via bus/train or taxi. The house has a sunny garden and has everything you need. Your bedroom has a comfortable queen bed sheets, and has pleasant outlook onto a bamboo grove. There's plenty of space, but I prefer to leave my own room private. There's a double lounge, separate dining room, backyard studio, a lovely deck and seating in the sun. In winter the panel heating keeps the house very warm.
About the location
Located around 10km from Sydney`s CBD and 2km south of Bondi Beach, Bronte is one of the most popular and loved beaches in the entire eastern suburbs. The sand and rock-lined beach is set against a backdrop of steep cliffs and Bronte Park - a lovely 10ha valley covered with trees and expansive grasslands that sits behind the beach.
