Bangor residence
Our Sydney property is a dual property. We have 2 inlaws living in a smaller 2 bed residence fully self contained. We live in a larger 3 bedroom residence. We have carried out many renovations over the years.
We have a pool and spa available, double garage and a vey wide open street which is actually a cul de sac.
Neighbours are friendly and keep very much to themselves.
About the location
It is located in a pleasant suburb called Bangor, very suburban, busy but has all of the amenities. Shops, shopping centres, clubs, restaurants, transport, etc.
It has been our home for many years and is a short drive to the school we work at, teacher and administration assistant. I cycle on a daily basis often to and from work, it is a great area for cycling as there are many paths or roads which I generally ride.
There are many restaurants close, clubs, gyms, shops all within a short drive. Bangor is not on a train line is only a 10 to 15 minute drive to the nearest railway station. It is well serviced by bus.
