The city centre (Darling Harbour/museums/art galleries/opera house/botanic gardens/theatres) is close by with three (10/20 min trip) public transport services available. It is also possible to cycle there.
Royal Prince Alfred Hospital is a large teaching hospital and only 10 minutes away by car as is Sydney University and UTS.
