Our home is compact, nicely furnished and clean and tidy. Located 3 minutes drive, or 15 minutes walk, to the beach in one direction, or 7 minutes drive to Lake Macquarie in the other direction. Our home has all the mod cons, fibre to the modem Internet and air con units. The house is in a quiet suburb and the street is only used by local residents. There is a private rear garden with an undercover seating area.

Our area offers both local facilities and proximity to Newcastle (40 minutes drive) or Sydney (1 hour 40 minutes drive). Our location offers the convenience of a local town, Swansea, with all the shops one needs close by, but with an abundance of beautiful places to explore. So many lovely walks to enjoy, beaches to swim at and bush trails.
