3 bedroom comfort

We are Bryan and Joan. We live on a golf lifestyle estate ‘Fairview’ (www.fairviewestate.co.nz) in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.We are 4kms south of the town of Katikati which which has a supermarket, petrol station, clothes shops etc.

We are active retirees who have exchanged homes before with great success. Temporary membership of the Country Club facilities (access to gym, heated pool, tennis courts, BBQ area and entry to the club house) would be included in the swap along with use of our car.

Auckland (airport) is 2.5hours drive. This is New Zealand’s largest city and offers everything you would expect of a big city. Mount Maunganui with its beautiful beaches is 40 minutes drive and the city of Tauranga is about 30 minutes drive or there is a direct bus link. New Zealand is famous for its beautiful outdoors and there are numerous walks and hikes in the area.

Our home is only 10 years old and is just 100 meters from the first tee. There are 3 bedrooms, en-suite and 2nd bathroom and open plan living and kitchen area. As you would be so close to the golf club, our clubs (left hand men and right hand ladies) are available for you to use however green fees would apply. It is not suitable for pets or children.

Our ideal swap would be the English autumn 2023 for the New Zealand spring, for 2 to 3 months.

About the location

Katikati is a small rural town centred around horticulture, primarily Avocados. We are 4kms out of town in a residential area built on and around Fairview Golf Course. Access to all major centres is easy via nearby State Highway 2.
