We renovated our Californian bungalow in the trendy Inner West of Sydney ten years ago and added a storey. It has large, light-filled indoor and outdoor living spaces and is spacious and homely.
We have reverse cycle air/conditioning in living spaces and the main bedroom.
About the location
Tree lined streets with family homes, cafes and excellent transport to the city as well as great access to arterial roads in all directions. It is 3 minutes walk to the city light rail and 12 minutes walk from eateries / train stations in either Summer Hill or Dulwich Hill villages. We are close to cosmopolitan Newtown and 30 minutes drive from the airport, the Opera House and Bondi Beach. We ride our bikes / e-bikes to the city and beaches - mostly on bike paths.
