The house features various recycled timbers, some polished concrete floors and a breezeway like no other. It offers air conditioners in two rooms and has guest have access to the local community facilities including large 25m pool, BBQs, ball court, gym, recreation room etc. It contains a king bed (room 1), double bed & bunk (room 2) and two singles (room 3). 3 toilets, two showers. Premium electric car use/hire is an option too. We have 4 chickens, a small garden and the estate is over 272 acres in size. There is a great cafe within walking distance. The other shops are 3km away. Internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Two TVs. Filtered rainwater. Think "green eco luxury experience" : )

The Currumbin Valley is a hidden gem. We are just 10 minutes drive to some of the best beaches in the world and 20 minutes drive from a major airport (Gold Coast). We are 1.5 hours drive south of Brisbane.
