Panoramic views from both balconies and the most amazing sunsets from what we call our gin and tonic balcony!

Recently added stylish wooden floors and new carpets to bedrooms.
Kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, gas cooker with electric oven, blender, rice cooker.
It’s easy to keep clean and we have a robot vacuum which cleans the floors and mopping floors are easy after the robot vacuum has done its job.

Facilities include access to 2 gyms, 2 tennis courts and 2 swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor).
There are car share facilities run by nearby companies.
Walking distance to the centre of the city of Sydney - or Chinatown is just over a mile.

There are 2 queen size beds (bed in main bedroom was replaced this year), washer and dryer and all cooking amenities, gas Webber bbq attached to gas supply.

Just bring your clothes to live in our home.

About the location

The Sydney Fish Markets can be seen from our apartment which is also within walking distance.
There are 2 supermarkets - Woolworths and Coles nearby.
Broadway shopping centre is a short drive.
Darling Harbour, Star Casino, National Maritime Museum, Madame Tussaud`s, the Aquarium are all a short walk away.
Well serviced by the Light Rail that will get you to Central Station or buses that goes to Sydney and Bondi Junction or Parramatta.
The airport is a 12 minute drive via the tunnel from Pyrmont.
The ferry from Pyrmont goes to Circular Quay and then other ferries can be boarded.
Recently a smaller ferry service from Pirrama Park takes you to Barangaroo where you can take the metro to Chatswood .
We are surrounded by the harbour and there are beautiful waterside walks with parks and Harbour Bridge views from surrounding parks.
There are numerous pubs ( at least 5 pubs within 5 mins walk), serving lovely meals and our favourite wine bar called the Gallon which also serves meals.

There are also waterfront cafes (PPK, Zebra Lounge, Elements) and restaurants.
As for coffee shops - too numerous to count.
Most serve breakfast and lunch and dinner.

Cuisines - Italian, Australian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Persian and Mediterranean are all available within walking distance.
The recently refurbished community centre has lots of activities that you can partake in if you so inclined.
Pyrmont is like a village and people are friendly.
