Sunny Townhouse villa at Melbourne`s charming Anderson Park with city views - Melbourne, Victoria

We are in URGENT help in getting room or home swap for the 20th JULY till 1st AUGUST 2018 in SOUTH ISLAND NEW ZEALAND (the nearest to QUEENSTOWN CENTRAL OTAGO AREA the better but we are open to offers). We were gifted with tickets but unfortunately we would not be able to enjoy this trip if we don`t get free accommodation due to limited budget for such trip. It is our 15th anniversary and we haven`t been away for a long time. My husband, my 4 year-old daughter and I would be extremely GRATEFUL to you. Our background is Argentinean-Spanish and Brazilian-Australian. We are very tidy, super friendly and are happy to have accommodation (home/apartment or only a room swap) for that period. Located across Anderson Park offering lovely time for a picnic, playground, BBQ, basketball and tennis areas and leafy oval with beautiful Melbourne`s city views. Car space, security gates, ducted heating, sunny deck area, BBQ area, kid`s corner and mini gym available for use.
We are about 18 minutes from the CBD dinning and Award winning restaurants and coffee shops, museums and events or St Kilda`s quirky and colourful bayside. A 2 minute walk to our Tram stop that can connect you to trains and buses taking you pretty much everywhere. There are lots of bike tracks along the Yarra river for something different.
A 3 minute walk from home there is an excellent local cafe and Stockland Shopping complex with post office, butcher, pharmacy, Coles supermarket and health stores, community pool, and more. Malvern, Kooyong, Camberwell Junction are some of the junctions with plenty to do.
If you are willing to drive you can enjoy day trips to The 12 Apostles, Apolo Bay, Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Philip Island and more.
