New Zealand - Beautiful Tauranga, Bay of Plenty

Hello and welcome to our home

We love living in the suburb of Bethlehem in Tauranga city. Tauranga is a sizeable city in NZ and best known for its proximity to a very popular harbour/beach resort area on East Coast of the North Island, New Zealand. The area is rather stunning.

We have a comfortable home which has 4 bedrooms, heat pump/ air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, garden, large sunny conservatory, and car available if required. There is native bush at the back of the property and gully which attracts the birds and waking to the birds is wonderful.

The house is located in a quiet, modern, safe neighbourhood with walks nearby. You need a car here and we are happy for you to use one of our automatic white Toyota`s!

There is even a" man cave" at the back of the house which is full of memorabilia to past music, shows and the like. Someone might enjoy some relaxation time in here! Or you may like to exercise on the gym equipment in the garage! No visitor has to date!

About the location

Tauranga is a beautiful area and attracts tourists from New Zealand and overseas. Nowhere is far from a view of water and the city is at the base of a mountain area. It is a very popular tourist destination in summer for the gorgeous beach at Mount Maunganui (12 minutes away) which attracts the cruise ships. The city and surroundings offer a mix of rural, coastal and city living so there are plenty of places to visit for all interests.There are a lot of outdoor options as well as plenty of markets, art,restaurants and cafes etc

There is a good sized shopping centre 2 minutes away from our house and the CBD of Tauranga is under 10 minutes by car.

Our location is close to arterial routes to Auckland, Hamilton, Taupo, Rotorua and lots of small towns among countryside. Our exchangees have enjoyed finding the quaint small towns between here and Auckland or Hamilton.
