Our Spacious Country Home

Our home is situated in the picturesque Bridgetown in South West of Western Australia.

This was originally built as a Methodist Manse and but was sold as it was a lot of upkeep but Tom who was a builder has have renovated this to a very comfortable family home, I have done the gardens and we love our home. The gardens are not a lot of problem as long as you don`t want to swap in January and February then we have to do extra watering as the temperatures can get very hot.

About the location

Perth,the capital of Western Australia is a three hour drive on a well maintained highway and freeway. The famous Margaret River wine region and other tourist locations, Busselton, Yallingup, Dunsborough are 1&1/2 hour`s drive.

Bunbury is a large regional city where all major shops and facilities are available 1 hours drive on an excellent highway. There are many markets both in Bridgetown and within a close radius of Bridgetown. Car exchange can be arranged.

Bridgetown has many sporting and leisure activities. Walking, golf, tennis, bowling, football, art, gym and an excellent Visitors Centre. There is an excellent bus and train service twice a day to Perth or down to Albany.
