We have recently downsized to a modern and comfortable home with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Almost rural yet close to the beach. Our modern, easy to manage home is in an estate. Plenty of natural light and lovely outdoor area!. 10 minutes drive to Bunbury, a small city which has all amenities and abundant recreation!
7 minutes drive to the beach!. The weather here is mild all year round. The house has reverse cycle A/C

Short drive to the beach, and the city of Bunbury where there are cinemas and many and varied restaurants and cafes. Golf courses and sporting facilities nearby. Only 1 hour drive from the prestigious Margaret River Wine area, and a short drive to the popular holiday areas of Busselton, Dunsborough and Yallingup. Many interesting drives in the beautiful south west of our state. So much to see and do.
We are open to a car swap as well!
