Lovely 2 Bed home in Currimundi (Caloundra), Australia

The beaches and the great open-air lifestyle are the main attractions of our area. There are walks, parks and restaurants galore within easy reach but also boating, fishing and golfing opportunities if required.

Our house is one-storey brick and modern - only 10 yrs. old. It has a large open-plan kitchen/dining area that includes a small sitting/relaxing area, too. There is a separate formal lounge and a garden room. There are 4 bedrooms but two of these have been utilised for other purposes (office and hobbies)so only two remain. A double bed is in one and two singles in the other. There are two large bathrooms/toilets - one is the en-suite to the master bedroom. There is heaps of wardrobe/storage space. Attached is a large workshop and separate garage

Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It's closed end, one minute away, accesses one of the many interconnected walking/biking tracks in the area and an arm of the Currimundi Creek - a popular boating and fishing/crabbing spot. The creek opens to the sea and the beach within walking distance - approx. 2 kms.
