We have typical Australian bush within 400m of our home and regularly see kangaroos and many birds on our walks through this. There are vineyards and wineries, excellent restaurants, a top class Art gallery, Theatre and cinemas, and a great climate.
We have travelled much of Australia and would willingly assist in your planning of a visit to our country if you wish to ask.

Bendigo is a very pleasant rural city of approx 100000 people with all the facilities and amenities you would expect. It is located in central Victoria within easy driving/train distance of Melbourne and other tourist areas. It has a number of interesting, historical buildings which date from Bendigo`s importance as a key player in the 1850`s Goldrush days.
