Based at the beachside in Melbourne (suburb is Bonbeach), suitable for relaxing or activities all year round. Our home is clean and well maintained on a large block with a vegetable patch. We have a large dining table, leather chairs and couch in the lounge/dining, two bedrooms and a study, plus a small sunroom. Our location is very close to a lovely calm beach which you can easily walk to (800 metres), as well as the train line which travels directly to the city, and other attractions along the way. Easy driving down to the Mornington Peninsula, where there are wineries, and further on to Philip Island. There is so much to do in Melbourne. Happy to tell you more if interested.
