Our weatherboard, colonial-style house with wrap-round veranda is available from December 12th-January 25th 2008-9, and possibly during July 2009 and September 2009. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, we are only 5 minutes walk to Mount Evelyn village which boasts many local shops, cafes as well as a supermarket. A ten minute drive will take you into the heart of the Yarra Valley countryside which is rich with vineyards and small country villages. We are adjacent to the 30 Km Warburton Trail and can lend our bikes so you can enjoy this scenic track.

There are 4 double bedrooms, 4 zoned living areas, 2 bathrooms, study and the possibility of use of the studio with en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, espresso coffee- maker etc. Option of car swap is also available. The outdoor entertaining area, which contains a huge spa, looks over the bush valley which is part of our property. Possums and kookaburrahs regularly visit our verandah, and we have often seen young wallabies grazing at the edge of the yard.
