Avalon iconic arty house

This sunny large 1930s house and faces North into wild tropical garden. It has glimpses of sea and bush, lots of native parrots, possums, bandicoots. 5 min walk to surf beach, sunny most of year. We have beautiful art works on the walls. An open fire place for winter.

Quiet and beautiful beach area, but has lots of trendy cafes and shops. Bus to city of Sydney - one hour away. Sailing, surfing, golfing all nearby. Movie theatre walking distance.
Has tropical forest views, all mod cons , dishwasher, microwave, tv, washer, dryer, surf boards etc. Could sleep 4 adults 1 child. 2 double beds and 1 single.

About the location

Great surf beaches are walking distance. Wild life such as exotic parrots, bandicoots, possums, whales, dolphins all around. Beautiful Palm beach only ten minutes drive with ferry to national parks and Central coast. The village of Avalon is walking distance with world class cafes and restaurants including French, Italian and Thai. Our house is on the bus route to the city of Sydney which is 90 minutes away by bus and 1 hour by car.
