Lovely 4 Bed home in Coogee, Australia

Property is a two storey brick and tile house in a quiet cul-de-sac in a coastal suburb south west of Perth. It has 3 lounges, dining, 4 bedrooms - master with en-suite facilities. The house overlooks the Indian Ocean and is close to the beach. The public transport system is not convenient so we are willing to exchange a car. We are 10 minutes drive from Fremantle which has many tourist attractions and restaurants. Local shopping centre is a 4 minute drive as is medical centre.

The house is conveniently placed for trips down south to the Margaret River wine area or the Karri Valley forests of Pemberton. Western Australia is famous for it's wildflower displays during late winter through to spring. Our winter weather is mild.
