Our comfortable contemporary home is located in a quiet street five minutes walk from the beach (Sunrise Beach), backs onto a National Park and overlooks the Pacific Ocean.

The house is designed to an open living plan, with easy access to the huge back deck, barbecue area. It contains a large modern kitchen, spacious living, dining and TV area and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a large walk through wardrobe leading to the ensuite shower and spa bath. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and built-in cupboards. The third bedroom contains a computer with broadband access, colour printer and a single bed with a spare mattress.

Noosa, on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland is famous throughout the world for all the right reasons. Main Beach, 10 minutes by bus (half hourly), is a safe, all the year round, patrolled surfing and swimming beach. Many walks, short or long, start there through the adjoining National Park. You will come in contact with the Australian bushland, seascape and native flora and fauna (koalas). Behind the beach are the fine restaurants, shops, clubs, and galleries of Hastings Street. Follow the clean Noosa River for a more sedate dining, walking, swimming, sailing, or fishing experience. Then there is the hinterland! From July onwards pods of whales going north to calve can be seen from the house, with its downstairs entertainment area and large back garden. Later on follow them to Hervey Bay to watch, from a boat, the whales frolic with the newborn. On the way at dawn stop and hand feed the wild dolphins at Tin Can Bay. Visit the fabulous Fraser Island for a day, camp for a week, or stay at the luxury Kingfisher Bay Resort for a more leisurely exploration of this native wonderland with its pristine beaches, rainforests and fishing.
