Our country home is located approx 8 minute drive from the small, historical town of Perth (pop. 6000), in the middle of 100 acres of mixed bush and fields. Our driveway is 1/2 km long so nice and quiet. Great for kids to explore, who will also enjoy swimming pool and trampoline.
Perth is located on the Rideau canal system and great for shopping and dining. Provincial parks located nearby for hiking or swimming. Located within one hours drive of Ottawa, Canada's capital, two hours to Montreal, one hour to Kingston, five hours to Toronto and six to Niagra Falls (these are "short drives" by Canadian standards!) Comfortable, low key family home complete with dog (if preferred), gaming systems, and computers.
