Lovely 4 Bed home in DUNCAN, CANADA

We live in a large house in a rural area of Vancouver Island. The house is located about 1 km from the ocean and a marina (boating), about 5 km from the town of Duncan (shopping) and about 50 km from the city of Victoria (tourism and a ferry to Vancouver or Seattle (US). The property consists of 4 ha and has a vegetable garden and landscaping. The veranda has a wonderful view of our small valley and our neighbours have small farms with horses and orchards. The city of Vancouver can be accessed by a 2 hour ferry trip from Victoria. Vancouver Island has many outdoor features including: Pacific Rim Park (about 3 hours), swimming beaches, whale watching, and many hiking trails (along the ocean or in mountains). The American City of Seattle can also be accessed by ferry (about 2 hours from Victoria). Free internet and cable.
