Lovely 3 Bed home in GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA
Our house is a character cottage located in the heart of Southport in a quiet leafy street on the beautiful Gold Coast. It's a great base for exploring the surrounding area. It is a couple of minutes walk from the broadwater and a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive, 10 minute cycle) to the beach. It is also very close to Seaworld and the other tourist attractions of Surfers Paradise. There are many good restaurants and shops within a short walk.
The house is a renovated 100 year old queenslander with polished floors and a claw foot bath. It is basic, but has everything you will need. The main art of the house has reverse-cycle air-conditioning. We can exchange either an Audi A4 manual or a magna automatic car.
