Our house is a comfortable bungalow, with a large deck for outdoor living, and adjacent to a small local park. We are less than 10 minutes from the centre of Wellington city, and all facilities of the greater Wellington area are easily accessible. The house has all mod cons and is warm and cosy, with open plan living area, comprising large kitchen, dining room, and living room.
Car swap possible, but there is also good local bus service, and lots of walks all round Wellington are easily accessible. 1 gentle elderly cat is in residence. Nice neighbours, and supportive realtives nearby. We are non-smokers.
