We offer a beautiful, large, two-story, four-bedroom rural home on 5 acres with orchards, gardens, and great views about 15 minutes from the Australian coastal beach resort town of Byron Bay. We are 2-hours drive from Brisbane, 1-hour from the Gold Coast and Surfer's Paradise, and a 50-minute flight from Sydney. We would be happy to allow you the use of one or more of our cars, our swimming pool and more. We are looking to house-swap for a period of some weeks or a few months anytime between Dec 2006 and July 2007.
