Lovely 4 Bed home in PERTH, AUSTRALIA

We have a brand new 4 bedroom home that we have just had built. The main bedroom has large ensuite bathroom with a corner spa. The family room has a raked ceiling leading out to the cabana and an outdoor dining area. The kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences including a dishwasher. Of the three remaining bedrooms, one has a double bed, one has a single and the last one has been converted into a gym.

Perth is a bright, fun, friendly and relaxing place to visit. It sits beside the widest stretch of the beautiful Swan River. It has excellent shopping, markets, parks, great restaurants, nearby wineries. Fremantle, just to the south of Perth, has a number of attractions on offer and is definitely worth a visit. And of course we boast the world's best beaches with plenty of locations to relax and watch the sun set into the Indian Ocean.
