Our waterfront house is situated in Port Hinchinbrook Marina, Cardwell, 2 hours from Cairns International Airport. Situated between Hinchinbrook Island National Park, World Heritage Wet Tropics and Great Barrier Reef. Popular activities: sailing, fishing and bushwalking. We have a Laser sailing dinghy and a dinghy with outboard for exchangers use. Weather in our winter (June-Sept)is perfect, 12-28c, clear skies and no humidity. Australian wildlife to be seen are dugong, dolphins, turtles, crocodiles, kangaroos and many beautiful birds. You can catch barramundi,mudcrabs,mackeral,coral trout and other reef fish.Skippered boat trips and bareboats available or you can fish off our jetty.
