Seaside village house

My home is in the very picturesque seaside fishing village of Dunmore East, County Waterford, in the South East of Ireland. This semi-detached house has a beautiful garden with a pond and seating and dining areas. Downstairs there is a sitting room, kitchen, dining area, toilet and utility room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate bath and shower.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, kettle and toaster. There is everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. The utility room has a washer/dryer. The house is A rated and always warm and it has fibre broadband. There is a wood right beside the house and it is a short walk to the beach and the centre of the village.

About the location

There are wonderful beaches and coves in the village. Local walks include beach walks, cliff walks, a harbour wall walk, walks through three woods and park walks. Nearby there is the Waterford Greenway for cycling and walking, and Mount Congreve Gardens to explore. The village has everything you need for shopping including two supermarkets, a fish shop and a bakery. There are restaurants, two hotels and pubs with music.

Waterford city is a 20 minute drive away. There is a regular bus service to Waterford which has a cultural quarter with museums, art galleries and two theatres. There is a regular train service from Waterford to Dublin and a bus from Dublin airport to Waterford.
