Our recently renovated two-bedroom maisonette in Bournemouth offers a comfortable, well-equipped base for exploring the beautiful Dorset coast and beyond.

The property has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it a great choice for a couple or a small group. Inside, there’s a spacious kitchen-diner, a separate lounge and a versatile den with a TV and Xbox. The den can also accommodate additional guests using an air bed or floor mattress.

Outside, there’s an enclosed private garden with space to relax and enjoy outdoor dining. The property also benefits from a driveway, off-street parking and EV charging.

We have high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected throughout your stay. Our home is shared with our cat, so we’re used to having pets around.

Our home is ideally located for enjoying Bournemouth and the wider Dorset area, with local amenities and transport links close at hand.

Winton High Street is just minutes away, with shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as Waitrose and Lidl for everyday essentials.

Bournemouth town centre and beach are approximately a 25-minute walk away. Here you can enjoy the seafront, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

There are multiple bus routes right on the doorstep, connecting you with destinations across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, including direct services to Poole. This makes it easy to explore the area without always needing to drive.

Our home exchange plans

We’re a couple looking for a reciprocal home exchange somewhere in the UK, ideally for one to two weeks during the school holidays. Our dates are flexible within school holiday periods, so we’re happy to consider different destinations and arrangements.

A little about Smudge 🐾
