Family Home with Fell Views

A family sized bungalow with a spacious living and kitchen area and four good sized bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a single `day` bed that can be extended into a double, bedroom 3 has bunk beds and bedroom 4 has a single bed with additional pull out bed underneath.
The house has a utility room with washing machine and drying facilities. The main bathroom has a large bath and shower.
There is a large driveway at the front and to the side of the house as well as good sized garden with beautiful views of High Pike and Carrock Fell. The garden has a large patio and seating area perfect for enjoying the fell views on a summers evening.
We have two very friendly cats as well as fish that would require feeding twice a day.

About the location

Hewer Hill is situated 12 miles north west of Penrith and 15 miles south west of Carlisle with Keswick around 25 minutes away.
The picturesque villages of Hesket Newmarket and Caldbeck are nearby and the Caldbeck fells are within a few minutes drive. The house is in a rural and quiet location but with good road links to popular towns and villages in the lake district.
