Our home is a charming and characterful end of terrace house located in the lovely seaside town of Worthing.

Recently refurbished, with a large open plan kitchen diner, utility room and downstairs toilet, cosy living room and two double bedrooms upstairs with a fully modernised bathroom.

We also have a south-facing garden that has been thoughtfully planted with flowers, shrubs and small trees.

Having a Spaniel ourselves, our home is dog friendly and we can recommend nearby walks both close to the house and a short drive away.

About the location

We are situated only a 20 minute walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive. We also have incredibly easy access by train to local cities like Brighton (25 minutes), Southampton (1 hour) and London (90 mins) via the train station which is a 1 minute walk around the corner.

Just at the top of our street and only a stones throw away from our house is a local Co-op, micro pubs, bakeries and coffee shops, Indian take away, post office and a few other amenities nearby (incl local car hire places and fish & chip shop).

Worthing town itself is a lovely seaside town which really beams in the summer sunshine. You can find everything you need in the town centre, with an array of nice shops and restaurants. Access to Worthing town centre is a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride (the bus stop is just across the road from our house).

There are also many pretty villages in the area and good areas for walking such as the South Downs, local woods and long stretches of beach.
