One-bedroom flat in a quiet area in the West End of Glasgow.

Looking for someone who is happy to cat sit my lovely wee Pochette. She`s a quiet, playful and cuddly (in her own terms of course). She loves company but if perfectly fine on her own during the day.
She does get a little anxious with too many people in the flat, so unfortunately I can`t have more than 2 people staying and can`t accept parties.

The flat is on the first floor of a traditional sandstone tenement in the West End of Glasgow, close to the Maryhill neighbourhood.

There`s a few steps from the street level to the building entrance, a large staircase, but no lift.

The flat is bright and spacious, with a traditional bay window overlooking the street, and the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen over a large back garden.

Well equipped kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher.
Washing machine and ceiling pulley clothes airer in bathroom.

About the location

Quiet residential area but close to the heart of the West End and just next to the river Kelvin. Access to river walkway is just 2min away, taking you to the Botanic Gardens and through to Kelvingrove Park.
Byres Road and the heart of the West End are just a 15min walk.
Buses to the city centre and large supermarket within 5min.
