Our home is the principal section of a historic Georgian mansion originally built around 1580. We have lovingly renovated the majority of the property to suit modern living. The property has private parking for one vehicle and there is space on the shared lane for another. The principal suite has it`s own bathroom and lounge space, with another double bedroom on this floor. There is also another king sized room on the floor below for your use. There is a garden to the front of the property which you are welcome to enjoy.

Richmond is a jewel of North Yorkshire - historic, welcoming, and full of quintessential English market town character. From your suite, the town is just a few minutes’ walk away, with cobbled streets, independent shops, and a bustling market square to explore.

Wander the ruins of Richmond Castle, or take in a show at the tiny Georgian Theatre Royal, the oldest working theatre of its kind. For something more tranquil, follow the riverside circular past the waterfalls to Easby Abbey, a romantic set of ruins surrounded by countryside.

Use Richmond as your gateway to the Yorkshire Dales National Park, a landscape of sweeping views, hidden ancient villages, and countless trails for hiking, biking and foraging.
