Our beautiful stone-built home is nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Kirkby Malzeard, offering the perfect blend of character, comfort and contemporary living. Beautifully furnished throughout, the house is light, welcoming and designed for relaxing.
The heart of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with large doors overlooking our delightful enclosed walled garden – the perfect spot for morning coffee, alfresco dining or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There is also a separate cosy lounge with a feature fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings, along with a dedicated study if you need a quiet space to work or read.
Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom. Downstairs you’ll also find a utility room and a convenient WC. The property benefits from off-street parking and is within easy walking distance of the village’s welcoming pub, café, village shop and beautiful countryside walks.

Nestled on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Kirkby Malzeard is a picturesque village surrounded by rolling countryside, scenic walks, and charming stone-built villages. The village has a fabulous butchers also selling veg and lots of lovely goodies. There is also a fish and chip shop. A few miles away is the village of Masham with Black Sheep and Theakston brewery and a fabulous gallery and shops. Also not to be missed are lovely walks along the river or book yourself into the spa at Swinton Park. We are a few miles away also from Grantley Hall if you would like to experience 5 Star luxury.
