Very quiet flat in neighbourhood with lots of green nearby

The flat is cosy and homely. 2nd floor, no lift. We are in the back wing of the property so it is completely quiet. There is a washing machine and a dish washer. Use of two adult bikes included.

Our neighbours are friendly and approachable.

We have a cat and would ask you to look after the cat, and also water the plants. The cat is shy. Once he realises you are the person with the food he will be your friend.

No smoking, no partying and no pets due to cat.

About the location

Our flat is right next to Mauerpark, which is a party park. However there are more quieter parks nearby too. There are many cafés, restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity.
