It has a small shower toilet downstairs. There is another bedroom on the 3rd floor with a 4ft bed.
To the front of the house there is ample parking and a small front garden. To the back the is a enclosed garden.

The estate is quiet and good for families. The area is a good location and a short distance approx ten minute walk to bus stop and 7miles from the Cork city centre.
Close to the airport 15 minutes drive, and also 20 mins away from the Ferry port in Ringaskiddy.
