It has 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and generous accommodation with a large living room and wood burner, kitchen diner and games room with table tennis / billiards / snooker table.
It has a large garden front and back, and a patio area with pergola outside the living room.
About the location
Our friendly village is in the heart of rural Suffolk, with plenty of walking and cycling opportunities and an active community.
The village pub serves great food, as do many of the pubs in surrounding villages.
Our nearest market town 3 miles away is Framlingham (of ‘castle on the hill’ fame), and we’re about 20 - 30 minutes from the Suffolk coast.
As well as Framlingham Castle there are also historic sites dotted around the area including Sutton Hoo, Orford Castle and Orford Ness, Saxted Mill and Landguard Fort.
There is public transport.
