Large Family

Our home is a large, spacious seven-bedroom family house in Hove, ideally suited to a big family or two families holidaying together.
The house has two single bedrooms, perfect for younger children, and five double bedrooms. Three of the double bedrooms are very large and can also accommodate additional sofa beds if needed, giving plenty of flexibility for larger groups. There are five bathrooms, so the house works very well for a busy family stay.
Downstairs, there is generous living space and easy access to a large garden. Outside, we have a covered seating and dining area with a large table, making it ideal for family meals, barbecues, evening drinks, or simply relaxing while the children play in the garden.
One of the best features of the house is its location. We also have access to a beach hut on Hove seafront, approximately 500 metres from the house and around 300 metres from the beach, giving you a fantastic base for seaside days without needing to pack up the whole house every morning.
It is a comfortable, well-equipped family home rather than a show home, and it is particularly well suited to families with children who want space, flexibility, a garden, and easy access to the beach, Brighton and Hove.

About the location

The house is in Hove, one of the most desirable parts of Brighton and Hove on the south coast of England. It is a relaxed, family-friendly seaside area with wide streets, beautiful period houses, independent cafés, parks, restaurants and easy access to the beach.
The seafront is a short walk away, with Hove Lawns, the promenade and the beach all nearby. We also have access to a beach hut on Hove seafront, which makes beach days with children much easier - you can leave some things there, make a cup of tea, get changed, and avoid carrying half the house with you every time you go to the sea.
Hove itself has a calmer, more residential feel than central Brighton, but you are still very close to everything Brighton offers: the famous Lanes, the pier, the Royal Pavilion, theatres, restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. It is a brilliant location for families because you can have beach days, park days and easy trips into Brighton without needing to be right in the middle of the busiest tourist area.
There are lots of good local places to eat and drink nearby, including family-friendly cafés, pubs and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and independent shops. The area is also very walkable, with good public transport links and easy access to Hove and Brighton stations. London is reachable by train, making day trips possible.
It is a great base for exploring the south coast, including the South Downs, Seven Sisters, Lewes, Arundel, Chichester, the Sussex countryside and other seaside towns. For a family holiday, it offers a really good mix: beach, city, countryside, culture and plenty for children to do.
