Warwickshire Cotswolds Escape

Our home is a cosy house with four bedrooms, kitchen, study, dining room, playroom, a double bedroom with ensuite, bunkbed room, and a loft bedroom, as well a family bathroom and a garden.

A great place for those with children or anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

Our living room is a cosy place, with an electric fire and lots of board games.

We have a dinning room and play room that overlooks our garden - with plenty of space in both to relax and enjoy some sunshine. Tv with Netflix and Prime access.

Our garden also has a decking area which is great for lounging in the summer and for BBQs. The drive has space for 3 parked cars.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/drier, ironing board, fridge freezer, cooker and bread maker. We cook a lot, so lots of spices, pots and pan etc - we even have a panty full of the basics - rice, pasta etc.

Our study is a great place to work from - and is full of books you are welcome to read.

Upstairs we have a double bedroom with an en-suite, a family bathroom, two single beds (in bunk beds but are very comfy for adults as well), and a loft bed single room. Our study downstairs also has a very comfortable double sofa bed, and we have a huge air mattress if you need extra sleeping space.

For with kids or the young at heart - we have a craft corner, a huge box of lego, loads of board games and card games, bicycles and scooters, outside garden games, and a mud kitchen.

For those looking for a romantic get-away - a cozy sofa for snuggling in front of the fire and a big fridge to store wine and nibbles.

About the location

Kineton is on the edge of the Cotswolds, with Stratford, Leamington Spa, and Banbury only a 15 minute drive or bus ride away.

A beautiful little village where people are friendly and welcoming. We have a bakery and a co-op, as well as a great coffee and brunch place - Gilks.

There are several take-aways in the village: a fish and chip shop, a pizza place, an Indian restaurant, Gilks coffee and light bites, and the pub also serves food.

Good pubs: The White Swan in Kineton, the Falcon at Warmington, and the Malt Shovel in Gaydon are particular local favourites.

The Compton Verney stately home and art gallery is just down the road. And there are several National Trust places near by, such as Upton House.
