Self built house completed last year. Very open plan. The main feature is the incredible views across the Waveney Valley water meadows. Very quiet peacful location but an easy walk into the town centre.

I have an easy-going cat who’s very much part of the home so no dogs please. Sorry.
One bedroom and one comfortable sofa bed. Everything you would expect...inc excellent WiFi etc

The house is very bright, light and simple.

Nearest mainline train stations Diss and Norwich 30mins...good bus service, or Halesworth / Brampton 10 mins away.
