The ideal swap will be content to share this 1200 square foot property with our lovely elderly cat Chemmy and put down some food for her daily. However, if you would prefer, we can arrange a cat sitter to visit to do this.

Area: Our house is well located in Zone 3 south east London. It overlooks a gorgeous park (Blythe Hill Fields) to the back with stunning views overlooking the city (see photos). There are local ammenities all within walking distance including supermarkets, cafes and an award winning pubs.

Transport: You are within 8 mins walk from Catford and Catford Bridge stations, which arrive into London Bridge, Waterloo East, Blackfriars, Charing Cross and Canon Street in around 15 minutes and King`s Cross St Pancras within 25 minutes.

You are also 15-20 minute walk to Honor Oak Park London Overground Station with direct link to the city (Shoreditch High Street) within 20 minutes.
