4 bed home situated in picturesque Campsie hills
Our house was fully renovated in 2017 with an attic conversion now including a double bedroom with a full WC on the top floor.
There are 3 rooms on the 1st floor, 1 master bedroom with full length built in wardrobes (ceiling fan also), a 2nd with pullout double bed and 3rd used primarily as a laundry, storage and music room.
The ground floor features a large conservatory vestibule for boot, equipment storage, hallway cupboards, living room with a 2 and 3 seater sofa, large smart television and 5kwh woodburning stove (installed 2023), a seperate kitchen/dining space with W/C also and pantry. Kitchen includes 4x induction hob cooker, electric fan oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and all usual electrics (kettle, toaster, microwave).
The home's main heating system is a combi-gas central heating boiler. We will be upgrading the boiler and heating controls withint the next month.
We have a small front garden with bench to catch the evening sun, a large sloping driveway large enough for a LWB van or estate car and a decent sized rear garden including a large double shed, seperated for a bicycle storage space and a larger area used for storage, wood working and storage of our rowing machine.
We love our first home from which my partner has worked fully remote with sufficient internet connectvity and views of the surrounding campsie hills from the office space. It's large enough to host meals and drinks with neighbours who are extremely friendly but small enough to feel cosy with the fire on throughout winter.

About the location
Moving from the city we had expected to feel isolated moving to a rural village, however we have established a more vibrant social life than we ever had in a large city. There is so much always going on for all ages and accessibility to outdoor pursuits right on your doorstep.
