Top floor maisonette with great views over both the Clyde and Kilpatrick hills. It has one main bedroom and one smaller one which I mostly use as a study upstairs, along with one bathroom. Downstairs is a bright living room and kitchen, with great views of the hills and over the Clyde. It's on the train and bus routes, as well as the cycle path, between Glasgow and Loch Lomond, about 10 miles from each.

Old Kilpatrick is a village, on the train and bus routes between Glasgow and Loch Lomond, about 10 miles from each. It feels like you're well out the city but is within easy reach of Glasgow, nestled under the Erskine bridge and the Kilpatrick hills. It has three pubs - all with good food and reasonable prices, and is on the canal path that runs from Glasgow to Loch Lomond (part of cycle route 7). It's a great place if you want to combine city and countryside, Glasgow and Loch Lomond, and for people who want safe, flat cycle paths and hill walks.
