Stylish Brighton Regency townhouse with panoramic sea views

Our main home is on the Brighton seafront, where every day begins with the changing light over the Channel. The house is spacious, bright and filled with music, books and art — a reflection of our creative lives.

It’s ideal for a couple or solo traveller who wants to experience Brighton at its most atmospheric. The ballroom overlooks the sea, perfect for morning coffee or sunsets. There’s a well-equipped kitchen, two large double bedrooms, three reception rooms, two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower and sauna.

We’re within easy reach of the Lanes, cafés, galleries, and theatres, yet far enough west to enjoy peace when the crowds gather in town. You can walk or cycle everywhere — the beach, the city, and the South Downs beyond.

We sometimes take our gentle ginger-and-white cat, Jasper, with us on swaps, but he can also stay behind to keep you company.

Brighton and Hove is one of the UK’s most vibrant coastal cities — famous for its beach, independent spirit and cultural energy. From the flat, you can stroll along the promenade to the Royal Pavilion, the Lanes, or Brighton Dome, or take a short drive into the South Downs National Park for wide-open views and country pubs.

There’s a strong café culture, a thriving arts scene, and year-round festivals including Brighton Festival and Fringe in May. The train to London takes just over an hour, making it an ideal base for both seaside relaxation and city exploration.
