Welcome to our family-friendly home in the charming neighborhood of Zuilen, Utrecht – just a short 10–15 minute bike ride or bus trip from the vibrant city center.

Our house is ideal for families with children. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to relax together.

The first floor features a bathroom and two bedrooms (one of them has a baby cot which can be converted into an open toddler bed), while the attic offers a spacious office area and a large children's bedroom with a bunk bed. There’s are two extra mattresses and enough extra bedding for additional guests.

Enjoy our small, sunny garden – perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon playtime for the kids. The popular Julianapark is just around the corner, a local favorite for walks, playgrounds, and picnics.

With supermarkets, cafes, and public transport nearby, this home offers the perfect balance of city convenience and a relaxed, local atmosphere.
