A spacious 2 bedroom flat in a very quiet residential area. The lounge and both double bedrooms look out over Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island.
There is a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view.
There is a large lounge/dining area with a TV and stereo if needing indoor entertainment.
The kitchen is well appointed with a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a microwave and air fryer.
The flat is on the top (3rd floor) and there is a small lift if needed. There is parking space for one car.
There is no central heating but there are electric radiators in each of the rooms if needed in the winter.

About the location

There are local shops with an award winning bakery and coffee shops within a 5-10min walk.
The harbour is a 20 min walk and the golden beaches are within a 30-40 min walk or 5 min car journey. A car is not needed to access the beach and surrounding area and there are also buses to Bournemouth and Poole, although only hourly. The nearest train station is Parkstone and this is a 30 minute walk away. The train goes to Wareham, Weymouth, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Brockenhurst and is on the London Waterloo line. However, to explore further afield into the Purbecks and Dorset or to access other beach areas, a car is very useful.
Poole harbour is famous for its safe and shallow area to paddle board, windsurf and kitesurf. The Sandbanks ferry is a car chain ferry crossing the very short harbour entrance and allows quick access between sandbanks and the Purbecks.
From the flat there are lovely day trips to access the Purbecks and Jurassic coast or to explore the Dorset countryside and New Forest. Harbour tours and trips to Brownsea Island (bird sanctuary and home to the red squirrel) depart from Poole Quay.
There are lots of national trust sites to visit including Corfe Castle which can be seen from the flat when the weather is good.
Poole Lighthouse is the local arts centre and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
