Our home is a bright and spacious modern house, perfectly located on the border of Muswell Hill and Alexandra Palace in North London

It offers 4 comfortable bedrooms (3 with double beds and a master with a king-size bed) plus a cosy den with a futon for extra sleeping space if needed. Each floor has its own bathroom, making it convenient for families.

The kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home, with sliding patio doors that open onto a sunny garden patio with outdoor seating. There’s also a large front room and a smaller den, both with televisions, providing plenty of space to relax.

We’re just a few minutes from Bounds Green tube station, giving direct access to central London in only 15–20 minutes. Locally, you’ll find Alexandra Palace, Muswell Hill Golf Club, The Laboratory Spa & Health Club, and plenty of parks, shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars — all within walking distance.

About the location

Our home is perfectly placed for both city life and green open spaces. We’re close to shops, a couple of lovely pubs, and local parks, with Alexandra Palace and its beautiful park just a short walk away.

Getting around is effortless: we’re only 2 minutes’ walk from Bounds Green Underground station (Piccadilly Line, with easy interconnections across London) and Bowes Park Overground station (direct into the City/Barbican). This makes exploring London’s culture, entertainment, history, and food scene wonderfully simple.

Head north by bus and in 10 minutes you’ll be in Muswell Hill, known for its Edwardian high street, boutiques, cafés, restaurants, pubs, and cinema. For nature lovers, there’s a scenic 5-mile walk from Alexandra Palace to Highgate Woods along a disused railway line.

We’re also just a 10-minute drive from the M1, giving easy access to Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford-upon-Avon, and many other historic sights across England.
