My London flat is a pied de terre six minutes from the train station. It is warm in winter and cool in the summer. It is bohemian in character, carpeted and tiled. Gas central heating & water, kitchen is small but has everything you need. Bathroom has bath and shower.
There is a cosy cabin at the end of the garden which sleeps one to two people
Alternatively we have a three bedroom cottage in Devon which sleeps six.

Peckham is a vibrant zone two area and by flat is located off Bellenden Road which is a smart gentrified area with butcher fishmongers bookshops boutiques as well as village stores and General Store. Transport is fantastic. Peckham Rye Station has great is a great transport hub as well as buses in all directions Peckham Rye Park is a lovely green space, and there is nunHead cemetery as well
